The role

H10 Hotels needs to incorporate a Cook to work at the H10 Tindaya hotel, in the south of Fuerteventura.

What you'll do

The tasks to be performed will be:

To carry out, in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner, the preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes.*
To collaborate in the ordering and preservation of raw materials and products used in the Kitchen.*
To prepare, cook, and present culinary products*.
To collaborate in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.*
To check and control the materials used in the kitchen, communicating any incidents regarding them.*
To control and take care of the preservation and efficient use of the products placed at their disposal.*
Prepare food for banquet services, according to received notification.
Decorate food presentation in buffets, in coordination with the chef steward.
Request raw materials from the storeroom, with prior authorization from the chef.
To contribute to the achievement of the Service's objectives, performing the culinary preparations entrusted to them, in accordance with the established techniques and the type, quality, and quantity of ingredients specified.
