What you'll do

As part of the kitchen department, your main duties will be:

Following recipes and preparation specifications to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
Cooking food according to the appropriate techniques, times, and temperatures specified.
Ensuring attractive presentation of dishes.
Controlling and managing food and supply inventories.
Keeping work areas, equipment, and kitchen utensils clean.
Collaborating with other kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Communicating effectively with the team to coordinate dish preparation and service times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a cook in similar positions.
Relevant training is a plus.
Willingness and a positive attitude.
