As a Cook, your mission will be to prepare quality dishes, ensuring careful presentation following the chef's instructions and satisfying customer expectations.
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Perform in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner the preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques, following the procedures established by Hipotels (including show cooking, if necessary)
- Prepare meals for the Hotel staff
- Clean utensils and store them in their designated place
- Collaborate on the setup, service, and dismantling of buffets
- Check, control, and make good use of kitchen equipment, communicating any incidents regarding this to your superior
- Control and ensure the preservation and use of products placed at their disposal
