The role
Person responsible for carrying out, in a qualified, autonomous and responsible manner, the preparation, seasoning and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques.
What you'll do
General:
- Assist with orders and the preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen.
- Collaborate in the setup, service, and takedown of buffets.
- Check and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues.
- Collaborate in the planning of menus and menus.
- Collaborate in the management of costs and inventories, as well as in purchases.
- To care for and ensure the preservation and proper use of products.
Specific:
- Always ensures compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Always ensures compliance with allergen regulations.
- Collaborates with the restaurant team on specific requests and ad hoc diets.
- Works as part of a team with the purchasing/stores department and the restaurant team.
- Prepares the dishes and menus requested by the Head Chef.
