The role
H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Sector Head for our H10 Tribeca hotel in Madrid.
What you'll do
The following tasks will be carried out:
- Qualifiedly perform the functions of control and supervision of your area of responsibility and the tasks carried out in view of the client.
- Prepare and decorate the restaurant's rooms and tables.
- Collaborate in receiving, saying goodbye to, seating, and advising customers about menus and drinks.
- Perform tasks in view of the client (flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.).
- Check everyday items.
- Store and control goods and everyday items in the restaurant area.
- Billing and collecting from the customer, as well as balancing and settling the collection in your section.
