Maintenance Technician

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a First-class Maintenance Technician for our H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection hotel in Tenerife.

Their main duties will be:

• The main duties of the job will be:
• Handle daily reports in the hotel: incidents, complaints, client requests, and requests from other departments.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities following the quality, time, safety, and aesthetic standards established for each case.
• Check the proper functioning of the facilities.

• Education, Higher Level Vocational Training.
• Electrician certification.
• Afternoon shift

• Knowledge of water treatment.
• Essential knowledge of electricity and plumbing; knowledge of masonry, painting, air conditioning, and pool treatment will be highly valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar un/a Oficial de Mantenimiento para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 Atlantic Sunset Horizons Collection, en Tenerife.

Sus funciones principales serán:

• Las principales funciones del puesto de trabajo serán:
• Atender los partes diarios que se reporten en el Hotel: incidencias, quejas, peticiones de clientes y de otros departamentos.
• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de habitaciones, zonas comunes e instalaciones del Hotel siguiendo los estándares de calidad, tiempo, seguridad y estética establecidos para cada caso.
• Verificar el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones.

• Formación, Ciclo Formativo Superior.
• Titulación de electricista
• Turno de tarde

• Conocimientos en tratamientos del agua.
• Imprescindible conocimientos de electricidad y fontanería, se valorarán muy positivamente conocimientos de albañilería, pintura, climatización y tratamiento de piscinas.
