As a Maintenance Technician, your mission will be to provide technical support and assistance in the management and maintenance of the hotel's facilities and equipment, following the instructions of the department manager
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Resolve fault reports in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner
- Perform tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor the machine room daily
- Perform maintenance on the pool motors
- Collect fault reports and carry out the relevant repairs in a qualified and autonomous manner
- Provide technical assistance to guests in case of problems with the equipment in their rooms (resolving technical issues, answering questions, and offering instructions on the proper use of the devices
