Requirements
What we're looking for
- Experience in IT process management and ITIL environments.
- Solid experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- Knowledge and experience in CMDB and IT asset management.
- Experience in application management, requirement gathering and solution coordination.
- Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management in international environments.
- English level B2 or higher.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in the insurance or assistance sector.
- Knowledge of budget management, process design and systems architecture.

At Infortec we are looking for a Global Product Owner to join a project in Barcelona, where they will play a key role in the management and evolution of ITSM services and associated processes.
What you'll do
- Lead the adoption and evolution of the ServiceNow-based ITSM platform, coordinating its implementation and configuration across different regions.
- Manage and supervise ITIL processes: CMDB, Asset Management, Incidents, Changes and Requests.
- Guarantee the quality, consistency and updating of CMDB data, establishing standards and best practices.
- Identify business needs, gather requirements and coordinate functional and technical solutions with IT, Security and business teams.
- Drive the continuous improvement of IT processes and services.
- Lead and support the team of regional managers, monitoring objectives, KPIs, dashboards and governance meetings.
