The role
What you'll do
- Attract, coordinate, train, motivate, lead, and drive the activity of the Agent Channel in the assigned area.
- Visit agents weekly to follow up on objectives.
- Collaborate in the implementation of the company's commercial strategy in the assigned geographic area.
- Negotiate objectives with agents.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level: high school diploma or equivalent, or higher-level vocational training or equivalent. University studies will be valued.
- Experience in managing commercial teams will be valued (training, motivating, and guiding).
- Proficiency in office software and computer skills.
