Requirements
What we're looking for
Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Electricity, Automation, Electromechanics, Electrotechnical Systems, or similar.
Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in continuous production environments.
Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC), frequency drives, instrumentation, and electrical diagrams.
Ability to work in a team, resolve incidents, and act with autonomy.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
Experience in the paper industry or in other continuous industrial processes.
Knowledge of Siemens, Schneider Electric, ABB, or Rockwell.
Experience in interpreting electrical blueprints and basic PLC programming.

The role
We are currently looking to hire an Industrial Electrical Technician to join the Maintenance team at our paper manufacturing plant.
What you'll do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the plant's electrical installations and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and industrial automation faults.
Work on electric motors, frequency drives, sensors, instrumentation, and electrical panels.
Collaborate in the commissioning of new installations and technical improvements.
Participate in fault analysis and in the implementation of continuous improvement actions.
Comply with the safety, quality, and environmental procedures established by the company.
Work in a coordinated manner with the rest of the maintenance and production team.
How you'll work
Shift work on a rotating basis with the corresponding compensation.
