The role

Mission: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery in order to minimize maintenance downtime and machine stoppages, aiming to guarantee maximum availability, while complying with safety regulations.

What you'll do

1. Execute basic preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electromechanical, and electropneumatic systems of machines in general.

2. Perform installation work according to plans, drawings, and instructions. Know how to interpret technical plans, diagrams, and specialized information, according to standards and specifications.

3. Completely or partially disassemble machines or equipment, interpreting plans and catalogs for their maintenance/repair.

4. Analyze and repair errors and breakdowns / alterations of the machinery, including the replacement of spare parts.

5. Carry out adjustments and verify the results of the work performed.

6. Perform inspections of machines and equipment, as well as measurements and recording of results.

7. Apply technical quality and industrial/environmental safety standards.

8. Compliance with daily work orders

9. Perform installations of electrical cabinets / control panels with a circuit diagram partially created by themselves, as well as control their functional efficiency.
