As a Housekeeping Attendant, your mission will be to execute the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel rooms, as well as the satisfaction of the guests during their stay.
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Clean and tidy rooms, bathrooms, and hallways between guest rooms.
- Manage supplies and guest products, and report any issues with facilities or lost items to supervisors.
- Respect the privacy of the guests and guarantee the security of their personal belongings
- Ensure the labeling and correct handling of chemical products
- Take the dirty linen carts down to the Hotel laundry in the absence of the valet
- Replenish the different supplies in the rooms or other facilities (toilet paper, personal toiletries, and cleaning products)
