What will be your functions and responsibilities?

a. Related to team management:

 - Participate in the selection processes for new hires, conducting the relevant interviews

- Carry out the onboarding of new hires

- Provide training to new hires in their department - Discover talented workers and analyze the training needs of their 

team

- Manage vacation requests from members of their team - Adjust staffing levels during low occupancy periods

- Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the personnel under their charge

- Motivate and involve members of their team and resolve any problems that may arise between them

b. Related to department management:

- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace

- Provide correct and professional service at all times

- Distribute and supervise the work of their team members 

Job description 

- Organize the team's work shifts and pass variables to the corresponding 

programs

- Ensure proper compliance with standards - Ensure that their team members wear the correct uniform and exhibit exemplary behavior

- Attend annual meetings with corporate to stay informed of news and 

contribute ideas and proposals

- Meet the objectives established by Management

- Attend meetings with their team, Management, and other departments

- Supervise the inventory of products and materials in the store, performing 

stock monitoring and guaranteeing the availability of the necessary 

products.

- Coordinate the acquisition of products and materials, negotiating with suppliers, 

placing orders, and ensuring that quality and cost standards are met.

- Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste, 

ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Direct and motivate the storekeeping team, assigning tasks, training staff, and 

evaluating their performance.

- Work in close collaboration with the kitchen, customer service, 

and finance departments to guarantee efficient product delivery and fluid 

communication.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards 

related to inventory management and product acquisition.

- Maintain accurate inventory records, procurement reports, and other documents related to storekeeping management.
