As a Waiter's Assistant, your mission will be to assist and support the waiter in all tasks related to customer service and the smooth running of the service.
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the food and beverage service
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Keep the dining room/bar/restaurant clean and tidy
- Always ask before clearing to find out if the customer has finished
- Prepare the work areas for service
- Collaborate in the preparation and development of special events (if any)
- Clear the dining room at closing (clean it and perform the mise en place for the next service, take out the trash)
- Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy
- Collect orders from the storeroom and place them in the designated area.
