• Degree corresponding to MECES level 2 (preferably industrial, electronic, or telecommunications engineering)
• Offer management. Knowledge of the railway sector is valued, especially in signaling systems, railway telecommunications, ERTMS, interlocking, or railway infrastructure.

Within the Bids area, the main mission of this position will be to lead and coordinate the preparation of national and international offers for railway signaling and telecommunications projects, ensuring competitive, technically valid proposals aligned with the company's business objectives.

• Coordinate the preparation of national and international offers for signaling, telecommunications, and services, guaranteeing technical coherence, compliance with requirements, and adherence to internal procedures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the preparation of offers (Engineering, Costs, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Project Execution, etc.).
• Act as the focal point for the offer, facilitating communication and alignment between all parties involved.
• Collaborate closely with the Capture Leader on each opportunity, working in a coordinated manner from the start.
• Supervise the preparation of the technical offer by the teams and individuals involved. Supervise the quality of the deliverables, and ensure that requirements are answered clearly and completely.
• Collect and integrate the contributions of all those involved, progressively consolidating the offer until reaching a solid and consistent final version.
• Identify and evaluate the risks and opportunities of each offer, proposing mitigation and optimization actions.
• Supervise the economic analysis of the offers, controlling costs together with the Bid Engineering department.
• Monitor the planning of the offer, maintaining control of deadlines and anticipating possible deviations or bottlenecks that may arise during the preparation process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal Governance processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, collecting lessons learned from each offer and participating in initiatives that help make the bidding process more efficient, including the incorporation of digital tools and artificial intelligence-based solutions to increase the efficiency, quality, and consistency of the proposals.
