Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate 24x7 maintenance teams
• Ensure the execution of the Maintenance Plan in accordance with contractual requirements
• Management of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
• Management of assigned spare parts, tools, and materials
• Identification and resolution of technical problems
• Implementation of new maintenance processes and activities
• Control of maintenance records and Databases (CMMS)
• Collaborate in the planning of team training
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards
