What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial or railway environments.
- Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have
- Solid knowledge of the railway signaling environment.
- Economic knowledge for the financial management and control of projects.
- Ability for decision-making and risk management.
Education & certifications
- Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent degree.
Languages
- High level of English (B2/C1).
- French level B1/B2 will be positively valued.
The role
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated PROJECT MANAGER to join an exciting and challenging project. The position will be based in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Lead the comprehensive execution of railway signaling projects.
- Manage scope, planning, costs, risks, and quality.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain a fluid relationship with clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with technical, financial, and contractual objectives.
- Supervise the economic monitoring and profitability of the projects.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
