The role

Currently, at HOGAR Sí, we are opening a selection process aimed at filling a Psychologist position, reporting directly to the technical coordination of the program; your main functions will be the following:

What you'll do

As a reference professional within the framework of the person's accompaniment itinerary:
Initial assessment in the area of personal development
Identify needs, strengths, and intervention areas for each user
Accompany emotional, behavioral, and relational change processes.
Continuously evaluate the evolution of the therapeutic process and adjust the intervention when necessary.

Design, planning, and implementation of group spaces for personal development, as well as supporting other professionals in conducting workshops that require prior psychological analysis.
Design, planning, and implementation of action protocols in the field of mental health.
Coordinate actions with collaborating entities specializing in end-of-life processes
Systematization of data and coordination of all actions carried out with the rest of the project team according to internal coordination instruments and spaces (diary, database, itinerary, shift changes, team meetings, ad-hoc meetings...).
Contribute to the development and improvement of the program and the facility's own activities, according to the needs of the residents, through continuous evaluation and review of the intervention.
Implement harm reduction methodology with people who have substance use.
Act in the performance of their responsibilities, respecting established procedures: operational, control and evaluation, quality management, information protection, confidentiality, LOPD (Data Protection Law), etc.
Address risks and solutions for maintaining autonomy once the person leaves the program
