Commercial Representative

Hospiten is an international healthcare network with more than 55 years of commitment to providing maximum quality service, featuring 20 private medical-hospital centers in Spain, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, and Panama, in addition to 175 outpatient medical centers under the Clinic Assist brand. Founded by Dr. Pedro Luis Cobiella, we currently serve three million patients worldwide and have a workforce of more than 5,000 people, a care capacity that will be reinforced in the Community of Madrid thanks to the construction of a general university hospital in Boadilla del Monte, with works expected to be completed in 2026.

Function 1: PATIENT CARE

1. Attend to and assist patient clients and family members regarding both personal matters and matters related to the quality of care.
2. Visit all hospitalized patients to check on the treatment received during their stay and ensuring you are aware of each individual's situation.
3. Manage complaints or claims in any area of the hospital with the objective of resolving them.

Requirements:
-High level of English (essential); other languages (German, French, Italian...) will be valued. -Experience in the healthcare and/or tourism sector, with knowledge of the business and hotel landscape of Tenerife. -Proactive, resourceful, and customer-oriented person, with a positive attitude and a desire to grow. -Ability to operate with autonomy, dynamism, and strategic vision.
