A Finques Company, del grup Housfy, estem buscant un/a auxiliar administratiu/iva de comunitats i lloguers que s'incorpori al nostre equip de Girona.
Responsabilitats:
- Atenció al client.
- Registrar i fer el seguiment de totes les incidències comunicades pels llogaters.
- Comunicar-se de manera fluida amb els propietaris i els llogaters per informar-los de l'estat de les incidències i de les actuacions realitzades.
- Contactar, coordinar i fer el seguiment dels industrials per resoldre les reparacions o intervencions necessàries.
- Realitzar visites a les comunitats per comprovacions o necessitats.
- Suport puntual a la recepció.
Requisits:
- Català i castellà nadius.
- Experiència prèvia en atenció al client o gestió d'incidències.
- Proactivitat, capacitat d'organització, responsabilitat i habilitat per treballar en equip.
Oferim:
- Contracte laboral indefinit.
- Jornada completa de dilluns a divendres, de 9.00 h a 18.00 h.
- Salari d'acord amb l'experiència i les funcions.
