The role
From the RAS TEMPO GIRONA office, we are selecting an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join a consolidated company in the business sector located in Fornells de la Selva (Girona).
What you'll do
👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing and tracking orders.
Preparation and management of delivery notes and invoices.
Provide administrative support to the different departments of the company.
Collaborate in internal management and organization tasks, progressively assuming new responsibilities.
How you'll work
Biweekly rotating schedule
15 days from 7:00 to 15:00 h.
15 days from 10:00 to 13:00 h and from 15:00 to 20:00 h.
