Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in quality, industrial processes, or engineering within the automotive sector. Related internships and projects will be valued.
Knowledge of UNECE regulations, vehicle homologation, and Type Approval processes.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
High level of English, essential for technical documentation and international communication.
Permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period
Stable full-time contract

At Grupo IMAN, we are looking for a Junior Homologation and Quality Engineer to provide support in the homologation of vehicles and components, ensuring compliance with the regulatory and quality requirements necessary for their international commercialization. You will work in coordination with the engineering, production, and homologation departments, under the supervision of a senior profile.

What you'll do

Prepare technical documentation and homologation files for vehicles and components in accordance with European standards and UNECE regulations.
Coordinate technical testing with laboratories and homologation bodies.
Monitor Conformity of Production (COP) procedures and collaborate in internal audits.
Provide support to the quality system, managing non-conformities, corrective actions, and product traceability.
Collaborate in external audits and in the resolution of technical incidents with suppliers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and to compliance with quality standards.
