Dealer Network Development Specialist

We are thinking of someone with a university degree related to Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar.

Who has at least 3-5 years of experience in finance departments performing accounting and financial analysis or controlling functions.

With a B2 / C1 level of English, as the position involves direct contact with our headquarters in Germany and is used on a daily basis.

At Hyundai, we are looking to incorporate a Specialist into our Dealer Network Development department to help us drive the growth and profitability of the dealer network through business analysis, optimization of commercial processes, and strategic support to improve results, thereby improving the success of our company.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the selected person will be responsible for:

• Centralizing the reporting of data for each monthly closing in the system through the accounting of each dealership.
• Support to the Dealer Network during the closing to coordinate the receipt of information and the calculation of network profitability averages.
• Monthly and cumulative analysis of results.
• Analysis of the current situation and evolutions at Local, Regional, and Global levels, allowing for the argumentation of results and decision-making.
• Monthly monitoring of dealer ratings and quarterly publication of results, both internally and to the network.
• Updating the financial risk control of the network.
• Updating data and information requested by our headquarters in Germany.
