Parts Business Specialist

We are looking for professionals who have developed a relevant career within the automotive spare parts and aftersales area and who wish to evolve towards a corporate position with impact on a national dealer network.

• Experience: Significant experience in spare parts and aftersales within the automotive sector. Experience in inventory management, parts availability, stock turnover, and profitability. Knowledge of business indicators and data analysis. Ability to work with dealer networks and different stakeholders.

• We will especially value: Experience as a Parts Manager, Spare Parts Supervisor, or equivalent roles in dealerships. Experience in spare parts or aftersales departments of manufacturers and importers. Participation in process improvement, profitability, or business development projects. Advanced knowledge of analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of DMS and parts catalogs (Microcat).

• Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Automotive or Logistics. Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics, Automotive) is highly valued.

• Languages: English - B1+/B2 level.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the automotive spare parts and aftersales business to join the Hyundai Spain team. This position will play a key role in optimizing the performance of the spare parts business, collaborating closely with the dealer network and different areas of the company to drive availability, profitability, and business growth.

• Analyze the performance of the spare parts and accessories business through KPIs and business indicators.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in availability, stock turnover, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the dealer network in the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Spare Parts process optimization and business development projects.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for decision-making.
