About the role

Your role:

As a High-Value Ground Experience Implementation Technician, your role will be: to ensure the correct implementation, consistency, and evolution of the ground customer experience (premium and core) at airports outside the main hub (Madrid and Spain), acting as:

  • Field Representative for the Customer Department.
  • Responsible for ensuring that defined standards are met in third-party-operated environments.
  • The organization's "eyes and ears" to identify deviations, opportunities, and risks in the real experience.

With a special focus on premium customers, but also overseeing the overall global customer experience (core + premium) in international markets.

What you'll do

Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Ensure that defined standards are implemented in:
    • Check-in and boarding.
    • Fast track and premium flows.
    • VIP lounges (owned and third-party).
    • Handling and ramp processes (including baggage).
  • Adapt implementation guides to each airport when necessary.
  • Support relevant international station launches or changes.
  • Evaluate compliance with standards in contracted lounges: service, cleanliness, food and beverage offering, ambiance, and overall experience.
  • Identify gaps versus the defined standard and propose: improvement plans, supplier changes when applicable.
  • Manage the operational relationship with local operators
  • Ensure compliance with standards in:
    • Handling companies (treatment, processes, timing).
    • Catering (quality, presentation, consistency) - only applicable for Long Haul.
    • Auxiliary services.
  • Conduct periodic audits.
  • Demand corrective action plans when deviations are detected.
  • Escalate relevant incidents to the ground experience design or management areas.
  • Conduct periodic visits to assigned stations.
  • Act as a mystery shopper / field auditor.
  • Evaluate:

    • Process fluidity.
