About the role

The TMA Short Term Planning's mission is to ensure the airworthiness of operational aircraft, managing operational incidents.

What you'll do

Contributing to the delivery of KPIs (Fly Safe, Fly Low Cost, Fly On Time, Continuous Improvement & Innovation).

Leading the line maintenance planning area in the operational management and control of the effective execution of the total aircraft maintenance program.

Meeting the necessary requirements to manage and assign workload to available resources (tooling, materials, personnel).

Avoiding a negative impact on operations by preventing operational delays and, above all, maintaining all airworthiness standards.

Time management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple initiatives and workloads within established deadlines, while providing exceptional customer service.

Developing relationships between divisions while maintaining an open line of communication with the planning team, maintenance stations, maintenance control, engineering, and other management groups.

Ability to effectively prepare and lead conferences, presentations, and meetings in individual or group situations to update, inform, or persuade organization employees towards senior leadership goals.

Collaborating with other teams such as Engineering, Operators, Maintenance Programs, Quality, and Technical Records to ensure fleet airworthiness.

Continuously improving team performance and work processes through feedback, problem-solving, and idea generation, while driving root cause corrective action for behavioral and operational issues. Ensuring planning against available resources for AOG opportunities, or in the event of aircraft changes.
