About the role

The Powerplant Engineering TMA will be involved in technical assistance and support for the engine shop production, throughout the entire engine visit.

Participates in the generation of maintenance instructions, adjusting to the requirements of the agreed Workscope and the operators' maintenance programs. Ensuring the quality of the instructions and their suitability to the needs of the Shop.

The functions of this position include providing support to the Shop on all technical problems that may arise during the engine visit, from disassembly to certification, including engine testing.

Under the Lean philosophy approach, the position will focus on continuous improvement, developing projects for process optimization and waste reduction.

What you'll do

· Issue maintenance instructions in accordance with the agreed Workscope.

· Update maintenance instructions based on the inspections carried out.

· Communicate to the customer the needs for additional work.

· Provide support to the Shop on technical queries; for the interpretation of maintenance instructions, manufacturer manuals, and others.

· Generate the documentation packages with the information on the maintenance tasks performed from engine induction to release to service, as well as any necessary support reports.

· Review manufacturer manuals and modify the associated shop documentation.

· Adapt and correct Masters and Templates, based on production needs and procedure improvements.

· Provide support to the areas of Production, Repair Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Supply Chain, etc.

What we're looking for

Proficiency and experience with SAP or any equivalent ERP.

Proficiency and experience with Excel.

Basic proficiency with the rest of the Office365 tools.

Nice to have

Experience in Engine maintenance will be valued.

Education & certifications

Aeronautical Maintenance Technician.

Intermediate English, minimum level B1.
