About the role

Your role at Iberia:

The position's mission is to facilitate the improvement and efficiency of operations through the coordination of procedures, authorizations, training, document management, occupational risk prevention, and other activities, promoting digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

Your challenges:

  • Ensure proper control and analysis of production KPIs with the aim of developing suitable tools for monitoring and detecting deviations, proposing improvement actions and strategies
  • Drive initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency, reliability, and standardization of operational processes.
  • Lead transformation, digitalization, and process automation projects.
  • Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of tools that favor efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement of the organization
  • Contribute to the proper functioning of the Components organization by driving continuous improvement, standardization, and process digitalization, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain operational and regulatory documentation for the Components area, ensuring its traceability, regulatory compliance, providing support for audits and improvement actions
  • Coordinate and manage training, qualifications, and certifications of personnel, ensuring the maintenance of their competencies and collaborating in the development of training content and materials.
  • Coordinate Occupational Risk Prevention activities, representing the organization in committees when necessary and monitoring preventive actions, associated requirements, and personnel training in this area
