We are looking for an Operations Improvement Specialist, oriented towards cost analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Ideal for profiles with 1-3 years of experience in operations or project management, and a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.

• Design, development, and optimization of logistics and operations projects, applying continuous improvement principles and new technologies.
• Advanced management and analysis of operational data (Data Analytics, reporting, creation of dashboards).
• Analysis of operating costs and economic feasibility of projects, using advanced management tools.
• Leadership and team coordination: resource planning, staff training and motivation, KPI monitoring.
• Proactive communication with the client, ensuring quality, results, and improvement proposals.
• Automation and digitalization of processes, implementing intelligent systems and optimizing software use.
