We are looking for a BIM Modeler Architecture and MEP to join one of our teams in Donostia - San Sebastián.

  • Development of BIM models for Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using specialized software such as Revit.

  • Management of BIM projects and workflows through platforms such as ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and BIM 360.
  • Ensuring compliance with current BIM standards and project specifications.
  • Creation and management of technical documentation associated with BIM models, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Preparation of quantity takeoffs and cost estimates based on BIM models.

Requirements

  • Education in architecture, engineering, or a related vocational qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in BIM modeling, in both Architecture and MEP systems.
