HR Internship (F/M/D)

We are currently looking for an HR INTERN for our PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION area who wants to join our team at our CARTAGENA offices. Are you in?

• Support in the review and preparation of payroll in collaboration with external consultancy.
• Support with hiring and communicating registrations and terminations.
• Support with labor-related inquiries from the workforce.
• Support with the monitoring of labor data such as absenteeism, turnover, growth, or terminations.
• Support with the document management of workers.
• Support with projects and tasks specific to the department.

• Students or recent graduates in Labor Relations and Human Resources or similar, with the option to create an internship agreement with a university or public employment service.
• A Master's in Labor Law Advisory or HR is valued.
• Good organizational capacity and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Proactivity.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the People area.
