What we're looking for

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
+10 years of experience in field supervision in industrial projects.
Experience/knowledge in steam turbines, rotating equipment, piping, and metal structures.
Experience in mechanical drawings, construction procedures, and contractor management.
Fluent technical English.
Availability to work 100% on-site in Huelva.
Compliance with OHS and plant access requirements.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to join an important industrial project in Huelva, related to the replacement of a steam turbine and its auxiliary systems.

Supervision of the mechanical assembly of steam turbine, generator, auxiliary equipment, piping, and structures.

What you'll do

Control of alignments, leveling, torquing, tolerances and non-conformities.
Coordination and monitoring of contractors, planning, and site progress.
Supervision of compliance with OHS, work permits, LOTOTO, and lifts.
Monitoring of quality, inspections, hydraulic/pneumatic tests, and documentation.
Support in pre-commissioning, functional tests, commissioning, and mechanical completion.
Coordination with Operations and Maintenance and resolution of field incidents.
Preparation of progress reports and support in site layouts and data collection.

How you'll work

Estimated project duration of 12 months, with on-site dedication at the plant in Huelva.
