Junior Assistant to Management

• Previous experience: Previous experience is not an essential requirement. 1 or 2 years of experience in analytical support, project management, consulting, or operational coordination functions would be valued.
• Technological vocation and affinity (Digital Mindset): Natural curiosity, fluency, and ease in understanding technical concepts (software, cloud environments, data, and digital tools), regardless of whether the original training is technical or business-oriented.
• Analytical capacity and tools: Ability for data structuring, monitoring indicators (KPIs), and fluent use of spreadsheets and presentation tools for executive reporting.
• Upper-intermediate English level. It is fundamental to have the necessary fluency to maintain conversations with international partners, clients, or suppliers.

Although they are not indispensable requirements, we positively value:

• Complementary training: Master's degree or specialized courses in Project Management, data analytics, digital transformation, or Junior MBA.
• Knowledge of methodologies and management: Familiarity with agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) or project and task management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).

We are looking for a person with a Junior Executive Assistant profile to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Your MISSION will be to offer strategic support to the Management of the technology area, collaborating in the planning, supervision, and execution of internal projects, the optimization of processes, and the monitoring of the department's analytical objectives.

• Monitoring of key projects: Monitor and rigorously track the action plan for the internal client's web migration and evolutionary requests from clients in on-premise environments.
• Control of deliverables and milestones: Guarantee the execution of tasks agreed upon by area leaders on time, within budget, and in the correct manner, alerting to deviations in advance.
• Interdepartmental coordination: Act as a link between Management, development teams, support, and business, unblocking operational bottlenecks.
• Dashboard: Identify, define, and monitor the company's key KPIs (delivery efficiency, incidents, response times, margin per client, project deviation, etc.).
• Management reports: Synthesize operational and financial data into clear and visual reports for General Management, the Board of Directors, and the Group.
• Executive presentations: Prepare high-impact documentation and presentations for strategic meetings, operational committees, and encounters with clients or partners.
• Process optimization: Audit internal work dynamics, identifying organizational inefficiencies or duplicities to propose operational improvements.
• Budget monitoring: Collaborate in the control of the operating and development budget, ensuring economic sustainability.
• Cost-benefit analysis: Evaluate the economic impact and ROI of new initiatives, technological tools, or specific client requests.
