The role

At ILUNION FACILITY SERVICES, we are looking for a person to join us as a Supervisor (m/f/d) in the OPERATIONS department. Their main function will be to supervise the services assigned to different workplaces for different clients, with an approximate volume of 100-125 people.

What you'll do

Guarantee the provision of the service contracted with the client
Supervision of service quality, through visits to the facilities and reviewing their cleanliness, together with the client.
Management of the personnel assigned to their services, through corporate management programs.
Management of material orders for the assigned centers.
Resolution of daily incidents from the client and the personnel under their charge.
Planning and coordination of work shifts, vacations, substitutions, leaves,...
Guarantee compliance regarding OHS and Environment.

How you'll work

Full-time position with a flexible start and end time from Monday to Thursday. And on Fridays? You will also have flexible hours, but with a continuous working day.
Continuous working day during the months of July, August, and the Christmas week.

Aspects we need you to have

Minimum desirable training: High School Diploma or Higher Degree in Commerce.
Knowledge of Office package, Outlook.
SAP, SSFF and Visual Plan are valued.
Driving license B and vehicle.
Experience as a cleaning manager, Service management and team management.
Empathetic, resolute person, focused on both external and internal customers.
Capacity for work and commitment to the company and the Team.
Preference for a person with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
