Service Manager - Auxiliary Services

We are looking to hire a Service Manager for our Auxiliary Services division, with responsibility for the management and supervision of different contracts nationwide, linked to customer service, concierge, access control, auxiliary staff for events, and other similar services.

• Direct and supervise the services and contracts assigned nationwide, guaranteeing their correct execution and compliance with the commitments made to clients.
• Coordinate and supervise service managers and coordinators, ensuring adequate organization of teams and resources.
• Manage operating accounts, performing monitoring of budgets, costs, productivity, and profitability, as well as the analysis of possible deviations.
• Prepare and review budgets and economic proposals, identifying opportunities for growth and business development.
• Act as the main interlocutor with clients, managing incidents and claims.
• Supervise activity and quality indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing measures to optimize services.
• Coordinate the implementation of new contracts and services, as well as the expansions and modifications of existing ones.

What will you need to apply for the position?

• University degree or Higher Vocational Training related to Business Administration and Management, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Management, or similar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Service Manager, Operations Manager, or similar positions, with responsibility for the management of contracts, services, and work teams.
• Experience in client management, contract monitoring, budget preparation, and operating account control.
• Experience in the coordination and supervision of teams through middle management or coordinators.
