• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Physics, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Intermediate English
• Experience in the described functions between 3 and 5 years.

• Postgraduate education or certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence will be valued.

• Execute and evolve the strategy of companies, Economics, or related disciplines. @@
• Define, implement, and maintain the Artificial Intelligence governance framework, establishing policies, standards, and controls for innovation units, anticipating high-value capabilities and promoting
• Identify, analyze, document, prioritize, and track generative and agentic AI use cases, coordinating their lifecycle from conceptualization to production, ensuring their viability, strategic alignment, and contribution to business results.
• Coordinate and drive the AI ambassador network and manage the associated corporate knowledge, defining and maintaining methodologies, best practices, standards, use cases, and lessons learned, in order to foster the reuse, scalability, and maturity of Artificial Intelligence capabilities throughout the organization.
• Define, implement, and monitor indicators for adoption, impact, return on investment, costs, and operational efficiency of Artificial Intelligence initiatives, analyzing results and proposing improvement actions to optimize the value generated and the sustainability of the implemented solutions.
• Drive the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence through training, dissemination, awareness, and user support actions, managing the change associated with the incorporation of new capabilities and promoting an organizational culture based on the effective use of AI
• Define, supervise, and track the lifecycle of agents, assistants, and intelligent solutions, establishing design, documentation, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement criteria to ensure their quality, operational effectiveness, and suitability to user needs.
• Act as a liaison between business areas, data teams, and external providers, facilitating the definition of requirements, decision-making, and coordination of AI initiatives to ensure efficient and coherent project execution.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, emerging trends, and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, generative AI, and agent architectures, assessing their applicability to the hotel sector and the organization's needs to identify innovation opportunities, anticipate high-value capabilities, and promote continuous improvement of AI strategy and solutions.
