Artificial Intelligence Technician - (M/F/D) Madrid

• Execute and evolve the corporate Artificial Intelligence strategy, identifying application opportunities, defining priorities and developing roadmaps aligned with the objectives of the different business areas, to maximize value generation and ensure the coherent and sustainable adoption of AI in the organization.
• Define, implement, and maintain the Artificial Intelligence governance framework, establishing policies, standards, controls, and criteria for responsible, ethical, secure use that complies with current regulations, in order to mitigate risks and guarantee trust in the deployed solutions.
• Identify, analyze, document, prioritize, and monitor generative and agentic AI use cases, coordinating their lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment in production, ensuring their viability, strategic alignment, and contribution to business outcomes.
• Coordinate and drive the AI ambassador network and manage the associated corporate knowledge, defining and maintaining methodologies, best practices, standards, use cases, and lessons learned, in order to support the reusability, scalability, and maturity of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the organization.
• Define, implement, and monitor key agility indicators such as adoption, impact, return on investment, costs, and operational efficiency of the AI initiatives, analyzing results and proposing improvement actions to optimize the value generated and the sustainability of the implemented solutions.
• Promote the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence through training, dissemination, awareness-raising, and user support actions, managing the change associated with the integration of new capabilities, and fostering an organizational culture based on the effective use of AI.
• Define, supervise, and monitor the lifecycle of agents, assistants, and intelligent solutions, establishing design, documentation, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement criteria to ensure their quality, operational effectiveness, and suitability to user needs.
• Act as a connection point between business areas, data teams, and external suppliers, supporting the definition of requirements, decision-making, and coordination of AI initiatives, aiming to ensure the efficient and coherent execution of projects.
• Monitor and analyze market developments, emerging trends, and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, generative AI, and agentic architectures, evaluating their applicability to the hotel sector and the organization's needs, in order to identify innovation opportunities, anticipate high-value capabilities, and promote the continuous improvement of the AI strategy and solutions.

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Physics, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Postgraduate education or certifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence will be valued.

• Ejecutar y evolucionar la estrategia corporativa de Inteligencia Artificial, identificando oportunidades de aplicación, definiendo prioridades y elaborando hojas de ruta alineadas con los objetivos de las distintas áreas de negocio, para maximizar la generación de valor y asegurar una adopción coherente y sostenible de la IA en la organización.
• Definir, implantar y mantener el marco de gobernanza de la Inteligencia Artificial, estableciendo políticas, estándares, controles y criterios de uso responsable, ético, seguro y conforme a la normativa vigente, con el fin de mitigar riesgos y garantizar la confianza en las soluciones desplegadas.
• Identificar, analizar, documentar, priorizar y realizar el seguimiento de casos de uso de IA generativa y agéntica, coordinando su ciclo de vida desde la conceptualización hasta la puesta en producción, asegurando su viabilidad, alineación estratégica y contribución a los resultados del negocio.
• Coordinar e impulsar la red de embajadores de IA y gestionar el conocimiento corporativo asociado, definiendo y manteniendo metodologías, buenas prácticas, estándares, casos de uso y lecciones aprendidas, con el fin de favorecer la reutilización, escalabilidad y madurez de las capacidades de Inteligencia Artificial en toda la organización.
• Definir, implantar y monitorizar indicadores de adopción, impacto, retorno de la inversión, costes y eficiencia operacional de las iniciativas de Inteligencia Artificial, analizando resultados y proponiendo acciones de mejora que permitan optimizar el valor generado y la sostenibilidad de las soluciones implantadas.
• Impulsar la adopción responsable de la Inteligencia Artificial mediante acciones de formación, divulgación, sensibilización y acompañamiento a usuarios, gestionando el cambio asociado a la incorporación de nuevas capacidades y promoviendo una cultura organizativa basada en el aprovechamiento efectivo de la IA
• Definir, supervisar y realizar el seguimiento del ciclo de vida de agentes, asistentes y soluciones inteligentes, estableciendo criterios de diseño, documentación, validación, monitorización y mejora continua, para garantizar su calidad, eficacia operativa y adecuación a las necesidades de los usuarios.
• Actuar como punto de conexión entre las áreas de negocio, datos y proveedores externos, facilitando la definición de requerimientos, la toma de decisiones y la coordinación de iniciativas de IA, con el objetivo de asegurar una ejecución eficiente y coherente de los proyectos.
• Monitorizar y analizar la evolución del mercado, las tendencias emergentes y las mejores prácticas en Inteligencia Artificial, IA generativa y arquitecturas agénticas, evaluando su aplicabilidad al sector hotelero y a las necesidades de la organización, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de innovación, anticipar capacidades de alto valor y promover la mejora continua de la estrategia y las soluciones de IA.
