The role

Are you an organized, meticulous person passionate about customer service? This is your opportunity! At our company located in Terrassa, specializing in the manufacture of security alarm systems, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to manage customer accounts and guarantee satisfaction at every step of the process.

What you'll do

Manage customer accounts with specific logistical rules.
Register production orders in SAP.
Exchange documents with customers for the tracking of stocks and ongoing orders.
Confirm delivery deadlines and manage order invoicing.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and the Studio Dept. on new designs.
Manage CRM requests and ensure compliance with work rules.
Propose solutions for any dysfunction in contracts.
Update fact files in collaboration with the PM and CM.
Act as the main point of contact for customers.
