The role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with a company in the industrial sector looking to hire a Sales Technician with French to provide technical-commercial support to its clients and participate in the preparation and monitoring of projects.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for managing the technical and commercial needs of clients, from the preparation of projects and offers to their follow-up, ensuring fluid communication between the parties.

· Preparation of technical projects and preparation of the corresponding commercial offers.

· Customer service and advisory, mainly in French.

· Analysis of client needs to convey them to the internal team.

· Intermediation between the client and the different departments of the company to ensure the correct development of projects.

· Follow-up of commercial offers and technical inquiries.

· Resolution and follow-up of incidents or doubts related to projects.

· Coordination and communication with international clients during the different phases of the process.
