Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Academic training in Administration, Accounting, or similar
  • Knowledge of office automation tools (especially Excel)
  • Previous experience in administrative or accounting positions is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- Split shift from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 h to 14:30 h and from 17:00 h to 19:30 h.

- Contract directly with the client company

The role

We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant. The selected person will be responsible for collaborating in the accounting and administrative management of a major company in the meat sector, ensuring that all processes are carried out in an efficient and organized manner.

What you'll do

  • Reception and review of accounting documents
  • Registration and filing of invoices
  • Assistance in the preparation of financial reports
  • Collaboration in the preparation of monthly closings
  • Control and monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Customer and supplier service to resolve accounting-related inquiries
  • Support in general administrative tasks.
