Pay & benefits

What you'll get

- We offer a replacement contract for medical leave + maternity + breastfeeding and vacations for approximately 6 months.

- Flexible full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 and intensive working hours on Fridays. From June 15th to September 15th, the schedule is from 8:00 to 15:00

- 50% Remote work

- Salary €20,000 gross/year + meal allowance of €202 gross/full month + teleworking allowance of €27 gross/full month

The role

Job Description:

Are you passionate about the insurance sector and do you have experience in customer service? This is your opportunity! We are looking for Administrative Assistants with experience in customer service within the insurance sector to join our team at a major multinational insurance company in Madrid (Nuevos Ministerios area).

Your main responsibility will be to act as a connection point between clients, brokers, underwriters, and internal teams, supporting underwriting activity, service quality, and continuous process improvement, contributing to the achievement of the area's growth and profitability objectives.

What you'll do

- Manage the issuance of policies, endorsements, renewals, and contractual documentation for the assigned lines of business (Engineering, Marine, or other).

- Act as an operational point of contact for clients and brokers, guaranteeing an agile and coordinated response to their inquiries and needs.

- Support Underwriters in the collection, validation, and monitoring of information necessary for risk assessment and quoting.

- Prepare and coordinate documentation related to new business opportunities and renewals.

- Monitor new operations and renewals, guaranteeing compliance with agreed deadlines.

- Coordinate the resolution of operational incidents, contributing to an excellent customer experience.

- Collaborate with the Underwriting and Risk Engineering teams in obtaining and analyzing the technical information necessary for underwriting.

- Guarantee the quality and consistency of the information recorded in corporate systems.

- Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification initiatives.

- Support the implementation of new products, processes, and tools within the assigned lines of business.

- Contribute to relieving the administrative and operational workload of the underwriting teams to favor greater dedication to technical and commercial activities.

- Maintain a fluid relationship with brokers and internal teams to ensure an efficient service aligned with business needs.
