Business Developer

• Demonstrable experience in Business Development or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) market and/or the automotive sector.
• Experience generating new commercial opportunities and developing client portfolios.
• Profile with consolidated experience in business development, accustomed to working towards objectives.
• Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or related degrees.
• We will also value candidates with extensive commercial experience, even if they do not hold the indicated degree.
• Commercial mindset and results orientation.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to open markets.
• Organization and discipline in managing the commercial pipeline.
• Technical knowledge related to electronics, automation, or industrial engineering will be valued.
• Fluent level of Spanish. Proficiency in English will be positively valued.

• Actively prospect companies within the EMS and automotive sectors.
• Present the company and its value proposition to potential clients.
• Detect business needs and generate commercial opportunities.
• Build, manage, and prioritize a solid pipeline of opportunities.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to the sales team with all the necessary information for their development.
• Analyze the market, identify trends, and detect new areas of growth.
• Develop and maintain a network of strategic contacts within the sector.
• Record and follow up on all commercial activity using a CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure an effective transition of the generated opportunities.
