Initial ETT contract for 3 months + incorporation into the permanent staff

Salary between 25,000 and 30,000 gross per year depending on experience

The role

At Iman Temporing, we are selecting a Mechanics Coordinator for an automotive company in Olías del Rey with IT knowledge to manage and coordinate the workshop team.

What you'll do

Plan, organize, and supervise the daily activity of the workshop.
Coordinate the workload of the technical team, assigning interventions and priorities efficiently.
Perform monitoring and control of the repair process, ensuring quality, deadlines, and correct execution.
Supervise the productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the workshop.
Monitor workshop activity through production indicators, times, workload, and achievement of objectives.
Lead, coordinate, and develop the team of mechanics and technical staff.
Detect operational incidents and propose solutions to improve workshop functioning.
Coordinate with workshop reception, service advisors, spare parts, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, internal processes, order, cleanliness, and OHS regulations.
Guarantee adequate customer service from a technical and operational standpoint, contributing to the final satisfaction of the service provided.
Organization and supply of spare parts for workshop provision.
Coverage of reception duties, and service advisor duties during summer periods.
