Act as a strategic partner to the leaders of the Ice Cream
business unit, understanding talent needs and
translating them into effective recruitment plans.
Support workforce planning and anticipate
future hiring needs.
Advise managers and leaders on selection, labor market
trends, and talent attraction strategies.
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage complete selection processes, from profile definition
to candidate onboarding.
Develop talent search and attraction strategies for
commercial, technical, and corporate positions.
Conduct interviews and support Hiring Managers in the evaluation and
decision-making.
Prepare shortlists of qualified candidates and coordinate all phases
of the selection process.
Manage job offers, negotiation of terms, and closing of
hires.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and consistency in
all recruitment processes.
Support for Human Resources Projects
Participate in strategic and operational Human Resources projects
according to business priorities.
Collaborate on initiatives related to engagement, talent,
organization, culture, training, or HR processes.
Support change management and internal communication activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools in the area of
Human Resources.
Provide generalist support to the HR function depending on the
needs of the team and the organization.
