Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Replacement contract.

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Monday to Thursday: from 9:00 to 18:00 h.

Friday: from 9:00 to 14:00 h.

Salary: €10.43 gross/hour.

The role

From IMAN Temporing, we are selecting an Administrative Assistant with an intermediate level of English to join an important company located in Alcalá de Henares.

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of orders and shipments.

Coordination of collections and deliveries with carriers, customers, and suppliers.

Supervision and management of logistics documentation: orders, delivery notes, invoices, and associated documentation.

Handling phone calls and managing email correspondence.

Switchboard operator duties.

Preparation of administrative reports and filings.

Communication and coordination with the various departments of the company.
