The role

At Page Group, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f) profile to join our client's offices located in Madrid.

What you'll do

Management and supervision of residential modular construction projects, mainly single-family homes.
Coordination and monitoring of several construction sites simultaneously.
Direct relationship with the client.
Supervision of execution on-site, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and correct implementation of the project.
Liaison with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams during the development of each project.
Technical monitoring and resolution of incidents during the execution phase.
Site visits and control of the progress of assigned projects.
Support in technical decision-making and coordination with the Project Management team.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in project management as a Project Manager in residential or single-family construction sites, or construction project management.
Autonomous, decisive profile with organizational capacity.
Person accustomed to managing several projects simultaneously.
Availability for occasional travel.
Good level of communication and customer orientation.
A valid driver's license is required.
