The role

From our Fuenlabrada office, we are selecting an administrative warehouse assistant for an important company located in Fuenlabrada, dedicated to the automotive sector.

What you'll do

The candidate will carry out the following functions:

- Reception, placement, and organization of goods in the warehouse.

- Order preparation and control of product entries and exits.

- Stock control and performing inventories.

- Management of orders, delivery notes, and administrative documentation.

- Telephone and email customer service.

- Management of inquiries, order tracking, and incident resolution.

- Data entry and updating in the computer system.

- Support in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

How you'll work

- Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 11:00h to 20:00h (with 1 hour for lunch), and, Friday from 08:30h to 17:30 (with 1 hour for lunch).
