The role

At IMAN Temporing, we are selecting a CNC Press Brake Operator to join a company specialized in the manufacture of metal components and industrial boilermaking work, located in Museros.

The selected person will be responsible for performing metal sheet bending operations using numerical control machinery, guaranteeing the correct manufacture of parts in accordance with technical specifications and established quality standards.

What you'll do

Handling and operation of industrial CNC (numerical control) press brakes.
Interpretation of technical blueprints to determine the dimensions, angles, measurements, and geometries of the parts to be manufactured.
Preparation and setup of the machine, selecting and mounting the appropriate punches and dies depending on the type of work.
Input, selection, and adjustment of bending parameters in the numerical control, according to the material characteristics and the blueprint specifications.
Performing bending operations on metal sheets of different materials and thicknesses.
Checking angles, measurements, and dimensions of the parts using measuring instruments (calipers, squares, etc.).
Correction of parameters and machine adjustments when necessary to guarantee bending precision.
Identification and resolution of minor incidents during the production process.
Quality control of the manufactured parts, verifying that they comply with the required tolerances and specifications.
Handling, classification, and placement of finished parts.
Basic maintenance and cleaning of the workstation and the machinery.
