From Iman Temporing we are looking, for a client, for a Specialist in Personnel Selection and Training.

Carry out personnel selection for different profiles according to the company's needs.
Manage and coordinate recruitment processes using various platforms and office tools.
Collaborate in the creation and management of training plans, as well as manage FUNDAE processing.
Conduct interviews, evaluations, and candidate tests.
Keep the candidate database updated and manage process follow-up.
Collaborate with other departments to understand selection and training needs.
Provide excellent service to internal and external clients.

Minimum requirements:

Training in Labour Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or similar, Vocational Training in Administration.
Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel selection, preferably in service companies, temporary employment agencies, or Facility Services.
Experience in training management and FUNDAE is valued, though not required.
Proficiency in office tools and recruitment platforms.
A resourceful, organized person with good communication skills.
Ability to work in dynamic environments with a high volume of selection.
