The role
Location: Barcelona Required Experience: 1 year
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant with great analytical capacity to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of selection and recruitment processes, with a particular focus on CV SCREENING. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates to meet our clients' needs, ensuring an optimal fit both technically and culturally.
- Comprehensive Management of the Selection Process: Accompany clients through all phases of the selection process, from profile definition to candidate onboarding.
- Recruitment and CV Screening: Perform active and efficient searches for candidates through various sources (internal databases, job portals, professional networks, etc.), with a primary emphasis on CV SCREENING. This involves an exhaustive and detailed analysis of received resumes to identify the profiles that best match the requirements of each vacancy.
- Selection Interviews: Conduct competency-based, telephone, and/or in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, behavioral competencies, and development potential.
- Preparation of Selection Reports: Prepare detailed reports on finalist candidates, presenting a summary of their career path, competencies, and suitability for the position, facilitating the client's decision-making.
- Database Management: Rigorously maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring the quality and organization of information.
- Team Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with other members of the selection and consultancy team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Candidate Follow-up: Perform follow-up with candidates throughout the entire process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
How you'll work
Morning schedule: 9-14, Monday to Friday.
Teleworking and occasional attendance at in-person interviews
