The role

At Randstad Professional, we are looking for a Training Technician to comprehensively manage and coordinate the training actions of a group, from the detection of needs to the planning, organization, monitoring, evaluation, and closing of the same.

What you'll do

Main duties

Plan, manage, and coordinate the training actions of the Group's Annual Training Plan.
Comprehensively manage subsidized training, Fundae credit, including communications, monitoring, closures, and assistance during possible inspections.
Search for, coordinate, and monitor training providers.
Monitor the training budget and prepare reports and indicators regarding activity, costs, and results.
Manage the documentation associated with training actions, guaranteeing its correct management and filing, as well as quality and results evaluation.
Advise and assist managers and employees regarding the training offer and training and subsidy procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in consulting or a multi-company environment.
Demonstrable experience in FUNDAE.

Flexible and continuous working day.
Salary range according to experience.
Initial temporary contract of 6 months, with incorporation after this period being valued.
